Abstract
This study applies computational network analysis methods to identify documentation burden in electronic health record (EHR) flowsheets. By quantifying and visualizing the interconnectedness of flowsheet templates and measures, the work provides insights into documentation structure and opportunities for improving clinical workflow design.
